Christian and Confused

There is this idea of christianity that is widespread. They make it look so simple or so it seems. I am 22 years old and have been going to the same church for the past 8 years. I love my church and the people within it but i have found myself at war with myself trying to find my identity as a Christian. I know who i am “supposed” to be and how i am “supposed” to act. However, it doesn’t align with me. All i know is I am confused. It doesn’t matter how much i research “how to be a good christian” or read my bible. I just feel out of place and in a weird space.
